Seller Consultation

Homeowners reside in different levels of readiness when they choose to sell. During our assessment, we'll chat about personalized recommendations to make the home look its best for potential buyers while keeping it cozy for the seller. Sellers can either do the staging themselves or let us handle it. After the walkthrough, we compile a personalized guide and checklist that sellers can follow.

Occupied Home Staging

When your sellers require a more hands-on-approach, Jenna will decorate and stage each interior space of the home using furniture and accessories that the seller owns. Occupied staging is most beneficial when paired with a consultation beforehand so that the sellers understand how to clean and what to pack before the staging and photography. Plan on dedicating around 3 hours for this staging process to ensure every detail is just right.

Virtual Staging + Prints

We recognized problems with average virtual staging such as design styles that don’t match and disproportioned sizing. We solve these problems through a series of distinct steps:

  • Editorial quality interior photos that lean on natural lighting.

  • Virtual staging performed by a trained interior stager.

  • Quality control and lighting adjustments by the photographer.

  • Staged photos printed on foam-core and displayed on easels.

This cost-effective solution inspires potential buyers to imagine themselves living in the home without spending a ton of money on rented furniture,
