The best part: we do it all with the existing furnishings, eliminating the expense of a monthly rental fee.

How fast can I book services?

As mentioned earlier, we take an editorial approach. Think of it as A&D magazine imagery tailored for premium real estate. This intentional approach requires more time to create the quality our agents have come to know and love. We recommend scheduling your consultation at least one week before the photo shoot to allow time for decluttering, cleaning and staging. For photos only, we recommend booking at least three days prior to listing online. If the home is already staged, we work together to make minor adjustments to showcase the space in its best light for online viewing.

What kind of discounts are there?

  1. A small discount is factored into the Haus Special on the order form. We will apply this discount to FSBO listings!

  2. Mecca Haus was born in Lawrence, KS and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Trip fees for properties located in Lawrence are waived.

Do you offer vacation rental photography?

We love photographing vacation homes! With strategic planning, our team will focus on the details that attract high quality renters. You can expect a combination of lifestyle photography and drone photography so renters can get a feel for the space as well as things to do in the area. Packages typically start with 20 photos for tiny homes.
