Case Study: Before & After in McLouth

While decluttering is always recommended when selling your house, simple rearrangement of accessories can transform a space even more. For example, above the dining table we moved the wreath from the short wall to the long wall and added the bowl of fruit. We moved the bench so that we could push the table closer to the wall, allowing more space for traffic flow. We brought the extra dining chairs out of the living room and fit them back at the table. Next, we set the bench up like a coffee table in the living room and added artwork above the fireplace. The chairs from the living room were replaced with plants, along with adding a plant to the high-top table in the kitchen area.
