Inspiration Made Real - From Concept to Creation

Without having any luck after a few weeks of being on the market, a private seller reached out to us for help. We arranged a phone call to discuss their goals and set up a time to tour the house in person. During the consultation, we planned around their existing furniture, most of which was already packed or sold in anticipation of a quick sale. We guided the seller with recommended arrangements equipped with floor plan diagrams for reference. We created a mood board containing inspiration images for each space with the option to buy or rent the items. The seller followed the plan we recommended and they received an offer within days of going live on the market again! It was truly a pleasure helping the seller achieve their goals.
